One of the advantages of having TRUST HomeCare take care of you or a loved one is having several caregivers on call at a moments notice. If your caregiver is sick, another caregiver would temporarily take their place. |

Can I help choose the caregiver or meet them in advance? |
Yes, you will have the chance to meet your caregiver prior to service. During our initial meeting, we will assess the needs of the client to assign a caregiver that we believe will be a proper fit. The final decision is up to you. Please feel free to inform the home office if you would like to change your caregiver for any reason. |
Does the government assist in the cost of these services (Medicare, Medicaid, other)? |
Yes, government funding is available depending on your circumstances. Please call us and we will be happy to investigate and advice you of the various funding options you may have. |
I am not certain if my insurance covers your services. Will you check prior to providing service? |
Absolutely, we will be glad to check your insurance and work with your insurance company to provide you with the best care possible at the most affordable plan available. |
Do I have to sign a contract? |
There is no contract committing you to a specified length of service. But you do sign a consent for service agreement allowing us to enter your home and provide our services to you at the rate you agree to pay. |

As part of our commitment to being a complete Home Health Care company, we not only have the latest in the medical alert technology but we also carry medication dispensers that can be stand alone units or connected to the medical alert so that when the medication is not taken, the call center will initiate an emergency response procedure. This is all part of our Safety and Injury Prevention Awareness program. |
