TRUST HomeCare

TRUST HomeCare provides personal care with certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nurses Assistants (CNAs) including but not limited to companionship, supervision, medication reminders, light housekeeping and personal grooming. Other services include proper health management, meal planning/preparation and running errands as well as medical alerts and medication dispensers for peace of mind.

Text Box: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (moving, walking, in/out of bed, turning), grooming, oral hygiene, eating, etc.

Services include but not limited to the following:

Meal planning/preparation: coordinating diet with client/family

Companionship: keeping you company and stimulated

Medication reminders: keeping you on track

Light housekeeping: light cleaning/picking up as needed, making bed, dusting, vacuuming, etc.

Health management: coordinate care with health professionals

Errands and transportation: doctor, grocery, bank, post office, family/friends, shopping, hair appointments, physical therapy, lab tests, social events, church, personal appointments, incidental, etc.

Daily comforting calls

Laundry service: laundry and linen washing, ironing

Respite care: family time off

Alzheimer's and Dementia care

Prescription pick-up

Safety and injury prevention awareness

House plants and lawn care coordination

Pet care coordination

Mail, bills and other correspondence

Exercise including mental and physical stimulation

Recreational activities
