Do you have to be certified to work for TRUST HomeCare?

No, we hire both certified CNAs and HHAs as well as non-certified Caregivers and Homemakers.

Do you have any employee benefits?

Of course! Our benefits include health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, flexible part-time or full-time work, as well as PTO (office staff only).

Do you have flexible schedules for employees?

Absolutely. Not only do we offer part-time and full-time work to our employees, but we also allow you to adapt your schedule as your family and other obligations change.

Do you hire outside of Wichita?

We hire in several counties around the Wichita and Sedgwick county area. A few of these areas include (but not limited to): Hutchinson, Haysville, Derby, Newton, Winfield, Ark City, Wellington, Kingman, El Dorado, Augusta, Andover, Goddard.

What kind of staff can I expect?

Our employees are certified, trained, and insured. We hire only quality, compassionate people you can TRUST.

Who pays staff, you or me?

Your staff is employed by TRUST HomeCare.  We will take care of billing, taxes, payroll, certification, insurance, scheduling, etc.

What happens if my staff is sick?

One of the advantages of having TRUST HomeCare take care of you or a loved one is having several staff members on call at a moment's notice.  If your staff is sick, contact us to see if we have a replacement available.

Is TRUST HomeCare a registered company in the state of Kansas?

Yes, TRUST HomeCare is a limited liability company registered with the secretary of state in full compliance with the laws of Kansas, and a licensed Home Health Agency through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

How are your rates compared to other companies?

We keep our overhead low without compromising our quality staff members and first class service. Our savings are passed on to you with one of the lowest rates in the area.

Can I help choose the staff or meet them in advance?

Yes, you will have the chance to meet your staff prior to service. During our initial meeting, we will assess the needs of the client to assign a staff member that we believe will be a proper fit. The final decision is up to you. Please feel free to inform the home office if you would like to change your employee for any reason.

Does the government assist in the cost of these services (Medicaid, Medicare, VA, Senior Care Act, other)?

Yes, government funding is available depending on your circumstances. Please call us and we will be happy to research and advise you of the various funding options you may have.

I am not certain if my insurance covers your services. Will you check prior to providing service?

Absolutely, we will be glad to check your insurance and work with your insurance company to provide you with the best care possible at the most affordable plan available.

Do I have to sign a contract?

There is no contract committing you to a specified length of service. But you do sign a consent for service agreement allowing us to enter your home and provide our services.
